The Dime Novelties is a full-length, satirical marionette show fictionalizing Harry Houdini's first encounter with a sleazy sideshow when he was still Erich Weiss, the rabbi's kid. The hunger artist segment starring Davey Boney is an adaptation of a Franz Kafka short story.
